About Udawalawe National Park
Location – Located in southern Sri Lanka, Udawalawe spans 308 km² of grasslands and scrub forest, centered around the Udawalawe Reservoir.
Best time to visit – Year-round (best during dry months: May to September)
Weather – Hot and dry, 29–34°C
